Second scenario: Submit a project to a chosen clinical center

Application form

1. Describe your project and choose a clinical center by filling out the application form and sending it to info[at]eacsociety.org, together with the required documents (Picture, CV, cover letter, recommendation letter).
2. Once you have sent your application, the EACS Secretariat will send you an email of confirmation.
3. Your application will be reviewed by the Steering Committee for a pre-selection.
4. If pre-selected, your application will be sent to the clinical center you selected for the final review.
5. If selected, you will receive the contact details of the host centre. A Memorandum of Understanding will have to be filled-out and signed by the host institution representative, the candidate, the EACS mentor, and the EACS representative before the beginning of the project.
