EACS General Assembly 2023

Dear EACS member,

You are cordially invited to the EACS General Assembly scheduled on Monday, 20 November 2023 from 16:00-17:00 CET. The meeting will be conducted via an online video conference.

1. Welcome and Approval of the Agenda
2. President’s Report
3. EACS Regional Election
4. Financial Report: Approval of the Accounts from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023 and the Budget for the Financial Year 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024

To participate to the meeting, kindly contact the EACS Secretariat at info_at_eacsociety.org no later than 17 November 2023. The EACS Secretariat will promptly send you an email containing the Zoom link to register to the General Assembly.

In the event that you are unable to attend the meeting, you may designate another EACS member to represent you via a special proxy and cast your vote. Please reach out to the EACS Secretariat at info_at_eacsociety.org to request a proxy form. Completed proxy forms must be submitted by 17 November 2023 to info_at_eacsociety.org, with the EACS member representing you in copy of the email.
