EACS pre-conference workshop
EACS organised a pre-conference workshop in collaboration with SFLS (Société de la Lutte Contre le Sida) in Paris on 16 November 2022 on Healthcare for Migrants and Ukrainian exiles. The following topics were discussed during the workshop:
- Refugees in Europe: the scope of the problem, Teymur Noori (ECDC)
- Healthcare for HIV in Ukraine before the war and today, Marta Vasylyev (Ukraine)
- Update on the drug injectors in Eastern Europe, Oleksii Zavadinskiy and Anastasia Dieieva (Ukraine)
- The Polish response to the refugee crisis from Ukraine, Justyna Kowalska (Poland)
- The French response to the issues of healthcare for migrants, Nicolas Vignier (France)
