Application form

1. Choose a clinical center from the list, fill out the application form accordingly and send it to info[at]eacsociety.org together with required documents (Picture, CV, cover letter, recommendation letter).
2. Once you have sent your application, the EACS Secretariat will send you an email of confirmation.
3. Your application will be reviewed by the Steering Committee for a pre-selection.
4. If pre-selected, your application will be sent to the host institution for the final review.
5. If selected, you will receive the contact details of the host center. A Memorandum of Understanding will have to be filled-out and signed by the host institution representative, the candidate, the EACS mentor, and the EACS representative before the beginning of the project.
